Schedule:

Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

Valid certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Strong clinical expertise in various respiratory modalities BLS certification required; NRP certification preferred Proven ability to assess, monitor, and respond to critical respiratory needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver effective respiratory therapies, treatments, and ventilator management for patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions Perform assessments to determine patient respiratory status and develop individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to integrate comprehensive patient care Administer diagnostic respiratory procedures such as arterial blood gas analysis and lung function assessments Educate patients and families about respiratory equipment and self-care Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures This role provides the chance to work with an advanced clinical team and further develop your respiratory therapy skills.
