Qualifications:
Current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Active BLS certification (additional certifications may be required) Previous acute care experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt to new workflows and team environments
Responsibilities:
Perform and document assessments, treatments, and diagnostic procedures for respiratory patients Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and other therapeutic interventions Operate and troubleshoot advanced respiratory equipment Provide critical care support as needed in ER, ICU, or neonatal/pediatric settings
