Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment (specific shift details provided during interview)
Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required Minimum 2-3 years of recent, independent bedside experience managing ventilated patients Proficiency with Servo U ventilators in a NICU setting Familiarity with the operation and modes of neonatal ventilators Current/recent acute care hospital experience Additional expertise with Drager, Bunnell Jet Vent, Sensormedic 3100A oscillator, and Nitric Oxide therapy strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
Assess, treat, and monitor patients requiring respiratory support in a high-acuity setting Operate and troubleshoot a variety of ventilator systems, with an emphasis on Servo U Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to develop effective care plans Educate patients and families on therapy and equipment as needed Maintain meticulous documentation for all respiratory therapies administered
