HOME HEALTH RESPIRATORY THERAPIST

(PRN / PART-TIME / FULL-TIME) Passionate Care Service LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist (RT) to provide in-home respiratory care services to pediatric and adult patients throughout our service area. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, oxygen therapy, CPAP/BiPAP devices, and other respiratory conditions while delivering exceptional patient-centered care in the home setting. Responsibilities Perform respiratory assessments and monitor patient respiratory status. Provide tracheostomy care and education to patients, families, and caregivers. Manage and monitor ventilator-dependent patients. Assess and maintain CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen concentrators, nebulizers, and other respiratory equipment. Perform airway clearance techniques and suctioning as ordered. Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory disease management and equipment use. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Document all patient care, assessments, interventions, and education accurately and timely. Report changes in patient condition and communicate effectively with the clinical team. Participate in care planning and ongoing patient evaluations.
