This contract position offers the chance to apply your expertise in respiratory therapy, supporting patients with critical respiratory needs from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities:

Assess, treat, and care for patients with respiratory or cardiopulmonary disorders. Administer therapeutic procedures such as oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and airway management. Monitor ventilator management and adjust settings based on patient condition. Collaborate closely with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient status and treatment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential. Current Florida state respiratory license. BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications. College diploma or transcripts in respiratory therapy. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
