Administer and manage therapy modalities as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient's physiological responses to therapy, such as vital signs and blood gas analysis, and adjust therapy accordingly. Educate patients and their families on the management of respiratory illnesses. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare clinical notes. Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes. Strong clinical skills in respiratory care. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in the use of respiratory care equipment and technology. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Valid state licensure.
