Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Tallahassee, Florida We re hiring a Registered Respiratory Therapist in Tallahassee, Florida who wants strong hospital experience, sign-on potential, and the opportunity to work across high-acuity units. You ll step into a hospital-based role focused on diagnostic testing, therapeutic respiratory treatments, and ventilator management. You ll support ICU, ER, NICU, and inpatient units while practicing with autonomy in critical airway management and collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams. You ll practice in Tallahassee, Florida, a vibrant capital city known for its universities, natural springs, and strong healthcare community. Why this role is compelling
- Day or night shifts available with rotating weekends
- $15,000 sign-on bonus
- $2.33 per hour night shift differential
- Exposure to ICU, ER, NICU, and specialty units
- High-acuity ventilator and airway management experience

- You are a credentialed Registered Respiratory Therapist through NBRC with active state licensure
- You re confident managing invasive and noninvasive ventilation
- You respond calmly and effectively in emergent airway situations
- You collaborate well with physicians and nursing teams
- You re willing to obtain ACLS, PALS, and NRP within required timeframes
- Newer therapists with strong clinical training are welcome Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $24.93 to $33.59 based on experience
- $15,000 sign-on bonus
