Job Description

Active Registered Respiratory Tech (RRT) license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule/Hours:
Nights:
6:30pm - 7:00am Includes 1 weekend (Saturday and Sunday) per schedule
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC-RRT) and RCP—active licensure required BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (may obtain NRP within 180 days if needed) Minimum 6 months of recent critical care experience Experience in emergency departments and pediatric care preferred Associate's or Bachelor's in Respiratory Therapy (preferred) Exceptional interpersonal, assessment, and critical thinking skills Comfortable with computers and electronic documentation

Deliver high-level respiratory care, including ventilator management, medication administration, and airway management Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to plan and implement care Perform arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary diagnostics Educate patients, families, new hires, and students Maintain accurate records and champion patient safety initiatives Uphold all organizational policies and regulatory standards
