Schedule/Hours:
Night shifts: 6:30pm-7:00am Rotating weekends: 1 full weekend per scheduleQualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC-RRT) and Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) licensure BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (must have or obtain within 180 days of hire) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy (bachelor's preferred) At least 6 months of critical care experience strongly preferred Proficiency in clinical assessment, ventilator management, airway care, and arterial blood gas analysis Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and strong teamwork skills Ability to provide patient and family education and mentor new staffKey Responsibilities:
Deliver expert care in complex patient situations, primarily in critical care settings Administer respiratory therapies, manage ventilators, and interpret waveforms Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on patient care planning Perform and analyze arterial blood gases Educate patients, families, peers, and new staff Uphold the highest standards in safety and documentation Actively participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practicesEnjoy Outstanding Benefits:
