Schedule:
Night shift: 6:30pm-7:00am
Key Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred Active NBRC-RRT and RCP licensure required Current
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
certifications (or eligibility within 180 days) At least six months of critical care experience Previous Pediatric, Emergency Department, and Critical Care experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities; strong customer relations skills
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver respiratory care, assess and administer therapy for high-acuity, complex patients Independently manage ventilators, perform advanced airway and cardiac support interventions Conduct patient and family education, act as a mentor for new team members and students Maintain accurate electronic documentation and ensure best-in-class patient safety standards Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
