Respiratory Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Respiratory Therapist is to evaluate, treat, and care for patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of respiratory therapy techniques and technologies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assessing patient conditions and diagnosing respiratory problems Developing and implementing treatment plans for patients Educating patients and their families on respiratory care techniques Monitoring and adjusting ventilator settings as needed Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Documenting patient progress and treatment in medical records

Qualifications and Skills:
