Desired Qualifications:
Active license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) RRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) BLS and ACLS certifications required Previous acute care or hospital experience preferred Excellent communication and assessment abilities Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy services to patients of varying acuity Administer, monitor, and document respiratory treatments and techniques Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes Perform patient assessments and modify treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with protocols Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and equipment
