Required Qualifications and Experience:
Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain) Previous clinical experience in respiratory therapy, preferably in acute care settings Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and provide respiratory care for patients of all ages Administer therapies, manage ventilators, and monitor patients' progress Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams Accurately document all assessments, treatments, and patient responses Educate patients and families about respiratory treatments and wellness strategies Support a safe, compliant, and patient-centered environment
