For more than a decade, we've helped thousands of patients successfully start and maintain life-changing sleep therapy. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused PAP Clinician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a Respiratory Therapist or Sleep Technologist, who enjoys building relationships with patients and wants to escape the stress of hospital shifts, nights, weekends. Four-day workweek:
Monday -Thursday 9a-5p (three-day weekend every week) No overnight shifts No hospital floors No ICU, ER, or acute care responsibilities Monday-Thursday schedule Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and paid holidays Health insurance assistance program Retirement program Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunities for professional growth and leadership Work for a locally owned company that genuinely cares about its employees and patients What You'll Do As a PAP Clinician, you'll serve as a coach, educator, and advocate for patients beginning or continuing sleep apnea therapy.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct PAP setup appointments and educate patients on their equipment Review sleep study results and physician recommendations with patients Troubleshoot PAP equipment, masks, and therapy challenges Monitor compliance and therapy effectiveness Perform follow-up appointments to improve patient success and adherence Document patient interactions in our electronic medical record system Collaborate with physicians, sleep labs, and referral partners Assist patients with insurance, billing, and supply questions Promote outstanding customer service during every patient interaction Support company initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes Participate in on call rotation every 6 weeks. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Enjoys educating and motivating patients Is compassionate, patient, and an excellent communicator Takes ownership of patient outcomes Thrives in a collaborative team environment Is organized and detail-oriented Is comfortable learning technology and medical software systems Maintains a professional appearance and attitude Preferred Qualifications One or more of the following: CRT or RRT credential RPSGT, CPSGT, or RST credential Previous PAP, sleep medicine, or DME experience Customer service experience in a healthcare setting Success in This Position At Everything CPAP, success isn't measured simply by appointments completed.
