About Us:
Live Well CPAP and Medical Supply is a locally owned and rapidly growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company with locations in Caldwell and Boise. We specialize in providing high-quality equipment and services to help improve the lives of patients with respiratory and sleep disorders. As we expand, we're looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team and help us deliver excellent patient care.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist (RT) to assist with the set-up and maintenance of equipment, including oxygen therapy, CPAP machines, and ventilators. No previous experience with CPAPs is required, as we offer comprehensive training for the right candidate. Responsibilities:
Perform equipment set-ups and patient education for oxygen therapy, CPAP machines, and ventilators. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and monitor patient progress. Provide clear, empathetic communication to patients regarding equipment use, safety, and maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve any patient concerns related to equipment. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Participate in training and continued education related to equipment and patient care.
Qualifications:
Required:
Must be trainable and eager to learn, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
Previous experience with CPAPs, oxygen equipment, or respiratory therapy, though not required. Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to patient care. A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to grow within a supportive company.
Certification:
Respiratory Therapist (RT) is required
Compensation & Benefits:
