1900-0730 Every other weekend required; flexible scheduling to fill gaps; may rotate shifts and be asked to pick up additional shifts via a text list In this diverse Respiratory Therapy role, you will work with a full spectrum of patient populations—from NICU Level llB neonates to geriatrics—across various departments including ICU, MICU, ER, Med-Surg Tele, and more. Expand your clinical skills by floating between different specialties and even between nearby facilities within the Treasure Valley area.Preferred Qualifications:
Current RRT credential (CRT not accepted) Active BLS, ACLS, PALs; NRP for NICU shifts Minimum 2 years of experience Competence in adult, pediatric, and NICU settings Comfortable assisting deliveries and initiating CPAP in Level II NICU Able to perform ABGs, respiratory treatments, and manage respiratory equipment (Drager V500, Hamilton, ReVel, V60s, Vapotherm; EPOC) Willingness to float between units and facilities as needed Positive, adaptable approach to self-scheduling and shift coverageCore Responsibilities:
Deliver all aspects of respiratory care for diverse patient populations Participate in delivery room support and CPAP initiation for NICU patients Assist in rapid response/ER/ICU teams; perform overnight oximetry and PACU treatments Coordinate and communicate with a multidisciplinary team Stay organized with self-scheduling and dynamic assignmentsBenefits & Perks:
