Nestled among dramatic canyons, cascading waterfalls, and endless outdoor recreation, Twin Falls offers unique adventures during your downtime, from hiking along Snake River Canyon to exploring Shoshone Falls—dubbed the "Niagara of the West." This travel assignment will not only enrich your work experience but also allow you to expand your clinical expertise within a dynamic department serving a diverse patient population. Professionals in this role will rotate through Adult, NICU, and Pediatric units, offering valuable exposure to various treatment modalities and hospital practices. You'll collaborate with seasoned leaders, gain insight into innovative respiratory care techniques, and build a resume with high-acuity experiences that set you apart in the field. With a one-week orientation tailored to your experience, even those new to travel roles will feel welcome and supported.
Schedule/Hours:
12-hour shifts, 6:00 am-6:00 pm Self-scheduling with block options available Every other weekend required Holiday shifts only as needed Department meetings once per monthKey Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) with current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications STABLE and NRP required for those covering NICU or neonatal patients Minimum 1 year of experience, including NICU Comfortable with ABGs, BiPAP, CPAP, vents, and bedside procedures (no EKGs) Open to first-time travelers Ability to float between ICU, floors,NICU, and ER Core Responsibilities:
Deliver respiratory therapy to patients from NICU to geriatrics Assist with intubation and airway management Operate Drager, Cervo-NICU, Hamilton vents, vapotherm, Philips v60/v30 Provide inpatient and emergency respiratory supportBenefits and Perks:
