Located in Champaign, Illinois, our not-for-profit organization provides compassionate care to those with severe and profound intellectual disabilities through our residential nursing care program, adult day training program and our approved non-public school.
Summary:
Provide advanced respiratory care services to pediatric and adult residents in a home-like setting.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with physicians to develop and adjust care plans Deliver and monitor respiratory therapies per plan of care Perform evaluations and diagnostic tests (e.g., lung capacity, blood gas levels) Administer treatments including oxygen, chest physiotherapy, and aerosol medications Monitor residents and equipment, reporting changes to physicians Maintain accurate records and follow best-practice protocols
Qualifications:
Certified CRT or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Strong knowledge of respiratory care practices EOE
