This is an ideal location for professionals who value a close-knit community and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine respiratory needs. Educate patients and families on proper use and care of respiratory equipment. Set up and troubleshoot respiratory devices, including ventilators. Monitor equipment functionality and perform routine maintenance. Communicate findings and recommendations to physicians. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services provided. Support patient adherence to therapy protocols. Respond promptly to patient needs within your coverage area.Position Details Location:

Preference for candidates residing within 25 milesQualifications Required:
Valid Illinois RRT, CRT, or RN license Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED Strong clinical assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and responsiblyPreferred:
Completion of an accredited respiratory care program Home respiratory care experience Degree in respiratory therapy or related science One year of related experience CRT or RT credentials Physical and Safety Requirements Ability to lift and carry equipment Attention to detail for small print and device settings Exposure to contagious pathogens; strict adherence to safety protocols Ability to sit, stand, walk, speak, and listen throughout your shift Compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines, including mask fit testing and vaccinations (e.g., Hepatitis B, TB)Compensation & Benefits Per-Service Pay:
