Required Qualifications:
Active Illinois license or confirmation that application has been initiated; BLS Certification; minimum of 1 year(s) of experience; recent experience working in an acute care environment with pediatric patients; active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated; last four (4) digits of clinician's SSN; requested time off; understanding that the facility is a drug-free campus and a negative drug screen for all panels is required.
