Indianapolis, Indiana Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide respiratory care services for adult critical care patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have strong ICU experience, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple healthcare facilities. This position offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced travelers and first-time travelers seeking a rewarding assignment.
Schedule:
Every Other Weekend Required Shift Details Provided Upon Interview Key Responsibilities Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders. Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and respiratory treatments. Manage ventilators and provide respiratory support in ICU settings. Monitor patient response to treatment and document findings accurately. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Respond to respiratory emergencies and critical care situations. Maintain compliance with respiratory care standards and hospital protocols. Float between affiliated facilities as needed based on staffing requirements. Required Qualifications Minimum 18 Months Recent ICU Experience Minimum 2 Years Respiratory Therapy Experience Preferred First-Time Travelers Accepted Graduate of a CoARC Accredited Respiratory Therapy Program Education must be Regionally Accredited through CHEA Required Certifications NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Active Indiana Respiratory License ACLS Certification BCLS Certification For more details reach at
