48 Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week contract assignment in a high-acuity hospital setting in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves providing advanced respiratory care in critical care and neuro diagnostic environments while supporting a multidisciplinary care team. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to ICU and acute care patients Manage ventilator support, including setup, monitoring, adjustments, and weaning protocols Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and interpretation support Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate respiratory therapy interventions Assist in emergency airway management and code response situations Administer prescribed respiratory medications and treatments Monitor and document patient progress and response to therapy Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control guidelines Support neuro diagnostics respiratory procedures as required Participate in patient transport and critical care transitions when needed Requirements Active Indiana RRT License NBRC (RRT) Certification required Current

BLS & ACLS
