As a Registered Respiratory Therapist on assignment, you'll:
Key Responsibilities:
Administer respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic procedures as ordered by physicians. Monitor patient responses and adjust therapy based on observations and protocols. Educate patients and family members on equipment usage and respiratory care techniques. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care. Document patient progress and treatment effectiveness accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential. Valid state license (or eligibility) for practice. Recent experience in a hospital or acute care respiratory therapy setting. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
