The Role:

Respiratory Therapist As a Respiratory Therapist at Binson s, you ll deliver compassionate, hands-on care to patients in both retail and home settings, helping them breathe easier and live better. From setting up PAP equipment to providing ongoing support and education, you ll play a key role in improving respiratory health and patient confidence. 🔍 What We're Looking For Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the State of Indiana A positive attitude and a genuine love for patient care Valid driver's license and clean driving record 🛠 What You ll Be Doing Set up patients with PAP therapy and provide instruction on usage of the equipment Set up and support ventilator supplies Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and safety Provide top-notch respiratory care in both home and retail settings Conduct follow-up visits and check-ins with our oxygen therapy patients Be the go-to for all things respiratory-whether it s troubleshooting equipment or offering guidance Recommend oral/tracheal hygiene and help manage trach care On-call coverage to make sure no breath is left behind after hours Work closely with patients, caregivers, and your amazing Binson s teammates to ensure smooth care Help verify insurance and coordinate financial details with patients 💡 Perks & Benefits Competitive pay 💰 Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance 🏥 Paid time off + floating holiday 🌴 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan 💸 Training and growth opportunities 🚀
