Schedule/Hours:
12-hour shifts: 6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:00am Rotating weekends: 4 weekend shifts per month Holiday coverage as needed Monthly scheduling cycle In this travel role, you'll deliver specialized respiratory care to a diverse patient population, including critical care, transplant, and cardiopulmonary patients. Broaden your expertise in a setting known for innovation and collaborative team dynamics, and be open to learning new techniques—including pediatric care.Required Qualifications/Experience:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); will consider certified candidates (CRT) with robust experience Active Kentucky license BLS and ACLS certification required Minimum 1 year of experience; experienced first-time travelers welcomed Background in adult critical care Willingness to learn pediatric practices as neededKey Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor oxygen, aerosol/MDI treatments, ventilators, tracheostomies, chest physiotherapy (CPT), suctioning, and PEP therapy Fluidly adapt to varied patient loads and acuity, primarily in an ICU setting (ventilator load typically capped at 6) Float to Frazier Rehab on campus as needed Work with advanced technology—Phillips monitors, V60 BiPAP, PB 980, Hamilton MR-1, Airvo/High Flow, and more Complete thorough charting using Cernero EMR and medication dispensing viaOmnicell Benefits & Perks:
