Required Skills:

Current license as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of practice Credentialed by the National Board of Respiratory Care as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care or related field Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association Proficiency in Windows applications, data entry, and retrieval of patient information Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to perform routine and advanced therapeutic procedures Knowledge of respiratory diagnostics, patient education, and age-specific care considerations Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience with ventilator management and weaning Familiarity with arterial blood gas analysis and interpretation Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting with diverse patient populations Additional certifications such as NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related health field Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory care Experience working with neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients
