In this role, you will assist patients with CPAP setup, education, compliance monitoring, and ongoing respiratory care support.

Position Responsibilities:

Educate patients on CPAP and BiPAP equipment Conduct mask fittings and equipment demonstrations Monitor patient compliance and therapy effectiveness Provide troubleshooting and follow-up support for CPAP devices Coordinate with physicians and healthcare providers regarding patient care Maintain patient records and documentation Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

Licensed Respiratory Therapist Experience with CPAP/BiPAP equipment preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of respiratory care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Computer and documentation proficiency
