This role requires strong experience in ICU, NICU, PICU, and Emergency Department environments, supporting both adult and neonatal patients. If you are skilled in ventilator management, airway support, and critical care , this is an excellent opportunity to work across multiple units and expand your experience. Key Responsibilities Provide respiratory care in ICU, NICU, PICU, ED, and medical units Manage mechanical ventilation and airway support Assist with high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitation Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and analysis Administer respiratory therapies including inhaled medications and nitric oxide Operate non-invasive ventilation systems (BiPAP, CPAP) Respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response events Support adult, pediatric, and neonatal patient populations Float between multiple hospital campuses as needed Required Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of Respiratory Therapist experience At least one completed travel assignment (13 weeks) Experience in NICU, PICU, ICU, and high-risk deliveries Strong knowledge of ventilators, airway management, and critical care Ability to work in fast-paced, high-acuity environments Required Certifications BLS (Basic Life Support) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) NBRC Credential (CRT or RRT) Active State Respiratory Therapist License Compensation & Benefits $68
