What You Need Required Certifications:

BLS, NRP, LA

State Licensure Experience:

2+ years respiratory therapy experience, including neonatal high-risk deliveries and

NICU/PICU

care

Key Skills:

Ventilator management, intubation support, ABG analysis, familiarity with neonatal airway procedures, ability to float between campuses

Preferred:

ACLS, PALS, CRT or RRT credential, neonatal and adult ventilator experience, use of equipment such as Servo, Trilogy, Vapotherm, NICU oscillator About the Assignment This assignment involves working across four campuses within 20-25 minutes driving distance. You will provide critical respiratory support in ED, ICU, stepdown units, and high-risk neonatal units. The role requires flexibility to float among facilities and perform transport procedures as needed.
