Schedule:

36 hours per week 7:00 pm - 7:30 am Every other weekend rotation

Desired Qualifications:

Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is preferred; Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT) with substantial acute care experience are also considered Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred Demonstrated experience in acute care settings Strong clinical assessment and ventilator management skills Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach to patient care

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, effective respiratory care to patients across all age groups, from neonates to adults Assess, plan, and provide therapy interventions under the direction of medical providers Manage oxygen therapy, non-invasive and invasive ventilation, airway clearance, and aerosolized treatments Accurately document clinical assessments, interventions, and patient responses Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes Respond to codes and emergencies, providing rapid respiratory support as needed This role offers a focused work environment with a supportive leadership team and the opportunity to strengthen advanced respiratory care skills within a respected clinical setting.
