As a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a bustling environment with 220 Med/Surg beds, critical care units, and specialized service lines, you'll broaden your clinical expertise, sharpen your decision-making skills, and further develop your leadership potential. Schedule/Hours:
36 hours per week Days/Evenings rotating schedule with some weekends Day shifts may rotate to 11a-11p as needed; Night positions offer consistent overnight hours
Required Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy Minimum 2 years of recent acute care respiratory experience, including ventilator management Proficient in arterial blood gas draws CRT or RRT certification (NBRC) Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License Familiarity with
EPIC EMR
preferred Experience with PB980 and Hamilton T1 ventilators
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory care on Medical/Surgical units, ICUs, and specialty areas Operate and troubleshoot ventilators and associated respiratory equipment Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Manage accurate documentation using
EPIC EMR
Adapt between charge and floor assignments as part of a dynamic shift-based team
