Qualifications:
Valid and current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Active state licensure as required Experience with a range of respiratory modalities, including ventilator management and airway care BLS and ACLS (preferred) Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy to patients with diverse conditions Assess, plan, and implement respiratory care plans in collaboration with physicians and nurses Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes Document patient interventions and progress accurately Provide education to patients and families on therapy procedures and equipment use
