Responsibilities include:
Assessing, planning, and delivering patient-focused respiratory care Managing ventilators, airway devices, and oxygen therapy equipment Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans Assisting physicians with diagnostic procedures and interventions Providing patient and family education on respiratory conditions and therapies Ensuring accurate, compliant documentation in patient records Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Prior clinical experience in an acute or critical care setting preferred BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong interpersonal communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
