Key Qualifications:
Current and valid credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain. Prior acute care or hospital-based respiratory therapy experience is highly preferred. Proficiency with respiratory therapies, ventilator management, and related technology. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients. Administer therapeutic interventions, including oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and mechanical ventilation management. Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary in coordination with the healthcare team.
