Qualifications:
Active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT) in Michigan or eligibility to obtain Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Minimum of 1 year recent clinical experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Strong skills in managing ventilators, performing respiratory assessments, and providing both acute and chronic respiratory care Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced or new environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy services to patients requiring critical and non-critical care Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other care team members Perform assessments, diagnostic tests, and administer therapeutic treatments Educate patients and families on respiratory health modalities and equipment use Maintain precise documentation in accordance with facility policies
