Desired Qualifications:
Current, valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) Previous experience in acute care and respiratory therapy settings preferred Proficiency in administering respiratory treatments, interpreting diagnostic tests, and managing ventilators BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement appropriate respiratory therapy interventions Monitor patients' responses and adjust care accordingly Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment
