Key Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist credentials with current licensure Demonstrated clinical proficiency in acute care settings Willingness to float to and support the NICU team Previous travel assignment experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and treat patients with respiratory or cardiopulmonary disorders Administer ventilatory support and advanced airway management in collaboration with physicians Provide critical care coverage, including NICU responsibilities as needed Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans and equipment Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records Collaborate with teams across various hospital specialties
