The hospital's collaborative culture means you'll work with multidisciplinary teams and have the chance to float to the NICU, further developing your expertise in neonatal care and broadening your resume. You'll encounter diverse workplace practices and leadership styles, expand your professional skills, and make an immediate impact on patient care in a hospital recognized for premier imaging, surgical, and laboratory services.

Travel assignment, flexible schedulingQualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required Valid licensure in the state of Michigan (or eligibility) BLS and ACLS certifications preferred Experience in acute care; NICU or pediatric experience a plus Willingness to float to the NICU as needed Excellent communication and critical thinking skillsResponsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement respiratory therapy interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across several specialty units Provide care for neonatal to adult populations, including the NICU Monitor and document patient progress Adhere to hospital protocols and safety regulationsBenefits & Perks:
