Qualifications:

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required Valid licensure in the state of Michigan (or eligibility) BLS and ACLS certifications preferred Experience in acute care; NICU or pediatric experience a plus Willingness to float to the NICU as needed Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and implement respiratory therapy interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across several specialty units Provide care for neonatal to adult populations, including the NICU Monitor and document patient progress Adhere to hospital protocols and safety regulations
