Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Minimum of one year of recent experience in an acute care or hospital setting Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver respiratory care treatments and diagnostic procedures to patients of varying acuity Assess patient respiratory status and recommend appropriate interventions Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards Educate patients and families on therapy and equipment use
