Qualifications:

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential is required Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in Michigan Experience in acute care or specialty hospital environments strongly preferred NICU experience or willingness to float to the NICU is essential Ability to collaborate effectively and work with diverse clinical teams

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive respiratory therapy to patients of all ages, including neonates in the NICU Implement respiratory care plans in conjunction with medical staff Monitor and document patient progress, responding promptly to changes in condition Operate advanced equipment and participate in ongoing staff education Ensure best practices for infection control and patient safety
