Job Description

Active Registered Respiratory Tech (RRT) license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications:
Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Current licensure to practice as an RRT in Michigan (or eligibility) Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience (hospital preferred) Demonstrated proficiency with respiratory modalities, ventilators, and emergency intervention protocols Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt to new environments with professionalism and integrity
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients across multiple acuity levels Assess, plan, and implement safe and effective respiratory therapy interventions Monitor and adjust ventilator and oxygen therapy, responding promptly to patient needs Collaborate efficiently with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Document treatments, assessments, and outcomes accurately Adhere to strict attendance standards to ensure consistent patient care
