Job Description

Active Registered Respiratory Tech (RRT) license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Required Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) BLS and ACLS certifications, with PALS preferred Experience with both adult and pediatric patient populations preferred Strong critical thinking and communication skills Detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced settings
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures for patients across all age groups Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care Monitor and manage ventilatory support equipment Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans Accurately document interventions, assessments, and changes in patient status Stay current with best practices and accreditation standards
