Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments for a range of patient conditions Deliver prescribed respiratory therapies and treatments, including mechanical ventilation support Monitor patient progress, modify care plans as necessary, and document outcomes clearly Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to optimize patient care Educate patients and families about respiratory therapies and equipment Uphold infection control standards and ensure safe, accurate delivery of care

Qualifications:

Valid credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Active state license (or eligibility for Michigan licensure) BLS and ACLS certifications (as required) Experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred Strong adaptability and communication skills Proficient with modern respiratory technology and equipment
