AMN Healthcare is hiring a Respiratory Therapist , where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional respiratory care to diverse patient populations across multiple settings. Your expertise will support patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions, ensuring safe and effective treatment plans. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and promote respiratory health. $20,000 Sign- On Bonus $42.79-$61.80/hour Full-Time, 12 hour Shifts Shift Differentials - $4/hour Nights; $2/hour Weekends Relocation Incentives Available Duties Assessing patient needs and identifies expected outcomes. Implementing Respiratory interventions based on plan of care. Evaluating care and the patient's response to interventions and expected outcomes. Delivering care as delegated by physician/authorized practitioner to assigned patient population, or individual patient. Using communication strategies to achieve desirable outcomes. Operating and maintaining all Respiratory Care equipment. Requirements Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care/Therapy or related field Respiratory Therapist License issued by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
