Desired Qualifications:

Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential. Valid state respiratory care practitioner license (or eligibility for licensure). Demonstrated expertise in performing respiratory therapies, ventilator management, and emergency airway procedures. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Recent experience in acute care hospital settings preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

Administer a variety of respiratory therapy treatments and monitor patient response. Operate and maintain advanced life support equipment, including ventilators and oxygen delivery systems. Assess, document, and report changes in patient condition to the interdisciplinary team. Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other allied health professionals for optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on respiratory health and equipment usage. Comply with infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols at all times.
