Respiratory Therapist (Reg) Facility North Kansas City Hospital Kansas City, MO Job Details Full-time 22 hours ago Qualifications BLS Certification Basic life support CRT Full Job Description Under the direction of the department director and guidance of the supervisor, administers all Respiratory Care modalities as ordered by physicians. Primary areas consist of critical care areas, NICU, emergency department and general floor units. Other functions may include pulmonary function testing and bronchoscopies. Acts as charge therapist when needed. Able to deliver all respiratory modalities offered by the respiratory department. Able to become a preceptor for students and new respiratory staff.
EXPERIENCE
One year preferred
SPECIAL SKILLS
NRP, ACCS, ACLS, CPFT preferred
OTHER:
Current RRT by the
NBRC LICENSE/CERT
Required:
BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), CRTT (Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician)
EDUCATION
Required:
Associates - Respiratory Therapy
