Qualifications:
Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license Current BLS (AHA only), NRP, and PALS certifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist Willingness to float to units serving pediatric and neonatal patients as needed Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory care to pediatric and neonatal patients Collaborate with medical staff to implement effective care plans Monitor, document, and adjust patient therapies according to protocols Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and communicate with families empathetically and effectively
