Job Description
Respiratory Therapist Shift-3 x 12's. Primarily days but could vary with 1 night per week if needed Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Respiratory Therapist, where your expertise will play a vital role in delivering exceptional respiratory care to diverse patient populations. Your dedication will help improve patient outcomes and support recovery through advanced respiratory therapy techniques and compassionate care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine respiratory needs, including vital signs, oxygen levels, and lung function tests. Administer respiratory treatments such as oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and ventilator support with precision and care. Manage and operate ventilators and other respiratory equipment in critical care environments. Assist in airway management procedures, including intubations and suctioning, ensuring patient safety at all times. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for patients with acute or chronic respiratory conditions. Monitor patient responses to therapies, adjusting treatments as needed while documenting progress accurately in medical records.
