Key Qualifications:
Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure in Montana) Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients of varied acuity Perform assessments, administer therapies, and manage ventilators Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and care plans Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
