Travel Contract Responsibilities Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and respiratory treatments Manage and monitor mechanical ventilators and advanced respiratory equipment Respond to respiratory emergencies, rapid response calls, and code situations Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care Educate patients and families regarding respiratory therapies and treatment plans Maintain compliance with patient safety and quality care standards Qualifications Required Active North Carolina Respiratory Therapist License Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Credential Current BLS Certification Current ACLS Certification Current PALS Certification Preferred NRP Certification Strong critical-thinking and communication skills Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced acute care environments What We're Looking For We're seeking compassionate, clinically strong Respiratory Therapists who excel under pressure and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
